Job Description

We are seeking individuals to help our customers at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) with managing lines and taking care of their bags. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and orderliness of existing queue lines, directing customers to the common entrance, mitigating line-cutting issues, and providing high-level customer service.
 

This is a very important job that calls for a strong focus on the customer, great communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
 

Duties include providing clear directions to customers, keeping them informed of wait times, and ensuring that our staff is always courteous, polite, and cooperative. Our team members are expected to be attentive and responsive to the needs of airport rental car customers.
 

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.71 per hour

Required Qualifications​

• 18 years of age or older.

• Able to follow directions and obey site safety requirements.

• Follow company appearance guidelines.

• Ability to work in the early morning rotation.

• Ability and availability to work weekends is a must.

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Maintain a positive, friendly and professional manner at all times.

• At least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients.

• Ability to work in outside weather conditions required.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must successfully pass the pre-employment criminal background screening.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment​

• Be able to stand, walk and talk for long periods of time.

• Must be physically capable of lifting luggage up to 50 lbs. and organizing it in a safe manner per the signage on each bus.

• Weather: Outdoors 100% of the time including all temperatures and types of weather (rain / humid / allergy related issues / etc).

• Will occasionally be required to bend, squat, and kneel.

• Clean & well-maintained approved uniforms must be worn on shift.
