Christina Howard

Owner and CEO

Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western International University and Graduate Certificates in Project Management and Big Data & Analytics from Keller Graduate School. She is also certified in Procurement & Contract Management, LIHTC, and ADA compliance.

With a dynamic career spanning multiple government sectors—including HUD, DOD, the State of Washington, Port of Seattle, and SEATAC—Christina is a certified Contract and Procurement Specialist and Fair Housing Coordinator. As an experienced IT Project Manager, she has successfully led initiatives across industries such as aviation, higher education, construction, healthcare, and finance. Through H2 Consulting Partners, LLC, she manages critical areas within the aviation industry, including compliance, program administration, and operational efficiency.

H2 Consulting Partners, LLC, currently holds contracts with the State of Washington, City of Ontario, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, further solidifying its expertise in delivering strategic solutions to government and aviation sectors.
